Articles on sight

After delivery of the article at your home, you have the article(s) on sight for eight working days. 

Return of an article
If you would like to exchange an article for a different size / another article, please request a return number. Take the order number listed on the enclosed packinglist in your delivery, and send an email to info@dante6.nl, with the order number in the header of the email. The email should also state the exact reason for returning the article. You will receive an exact return instruction by email.

If the article is faulty or does not meet your requirements, you always need to request a Return Number at info@dante6.nl.

After receiving your return instruction, you have eight working days to return the article(s). When the initial 8 working days have passed, the purchase agreement is definite.

Refund within 14 days

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item(s) within 14 days (shipping costs are not refunded). Refunds are automatically made on the same bank account number.

Sale items

Sale articles can not be returned.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item(s) within 14 days (shipping costs are not refunded). Refunds are automatically made on the bank account number used for your original order and payment. 

If you want to return an article please follow these guidelines: 

  • Send an email, with the original order number in the header of your email, and state the exact reason for return in your email.
  • You will receive an e-mail with the return number and exact instructions for the return.
  • When the return is received, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail
  • Depending on your wish, we exchange the item / deposit the purchase amount back to your account / send you a store credit by mail (for returned sale-items).

 

Return Procedure

Returns are accepted only if they meet all the following conditions:

  • The article/ Articles must be returned in their original packaging. The package is intended to be complete and undamaged.
  • The article should / Articles should be undamaged and have no signs of being worn to exhibit.
  • The unique Dante6 hangtag should be on the article, undamaged.

 

Un-notified return

Returns without return number, will not be received by us and will be returned back to the sender. Any costs associated are charged to the sender.

Articles used and / or damaged, or which packaging / seal is damaged or missing, are also not accepted and go directly back to the sender. The cost of shipping will be charged to the sender.

If your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to notify this at info@dante6.nl as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours.

Costs of a return shipment

In case of faulty/damaged items, costs of shipment will be reimbursed by Dante6.  The cost of return shipment is on behalf of the sender, and is therefore not reimbursed by Dante6. The costs will be the same at the costs of the original delivery.
